Whether you spend a week or a day with K-Bay, you'll discover that we have a passion for what we do. Every captain and guide is licensed by the U.S.C.G, has years of sport fishing experience in Alaska, and makes every effort to put you on "the really big one." Over 90% of our clients are repeat or referred customers.
Our 28' to 32' six-passenger charter boats are clean, comfortable, fast, and equipped with GPS, radar, quality fishing tackle, a heated cabin and an inside marine bathroom. Our river boats easily accomodate four fishermen, and are equally equipped with comfortable seating, quality fishing tackle, and provide the stable platform needed to land Alaska's wild and ferocious fighting salmon.
Lodge on the world renowned Kenai River
Our ethical standards are the benchmark for the charter industry, WE GUARANTEE IT. There are no add-on charges at K-Bay Charters, another reason why more than 90% of our clients are repeat or referred customers. Our guests are afforded a variety of lodging in Anchorage, Soldotna, and Homer. You'll spend your evenings in clean, comfortable, relaxing accommodations after an exhilarating day of fishing. Lodging in Soldotna is right on the Kenai River, providing you the added opportunity to fish from the bank in the evenings to your hearts content.
Bring your camera! Kachemak Bay and lower Cook Inlet are surrounded by magnificent scenery; snow-capped mountains line the shore and volcanoes seem to rise from the sea. Birds and marine life, including puffins, sea otters, seals, porpoises and whales are seen often. Eagles abound. This is all in addition to world class fishing! Moose, eagles, waterfowl, and even an occasional bear may be seen from the rivers.
