Combination Charters

LING COD, ROCK FISH, HALIBUT COMBOS:

Ling Cod and Rock Cod Fishing can be combined with our halibut fishing charters. Homer has some of the best Ling Cod fishing in the world. The current state record is 81 lbs. 6 ounces, a staggering number, however larger fish are soon to be found. The season for Ling Cod starts on July 1st with a minimum retention size of 35 inches and though this may sound like a lot, more often than not, our Lings on the average come in bigger than that. This year we landed many Lings in the 50 to 60 lb. range with a few even exceeding the 60 pound mark. Several of these big fish were released to be caught another day.
